Kiri Tsalparos - Psychologist/clinical Director

Kiri is a registered psychologist with extensive experience working across both the government and private sectors.

Having worked as a Senior Psychologist and Senior Manager for Corrections Victoria, Department of Justice for over 15 years, Kiri specialises in the assessment and treatment of individuals who have been convicted of sexual and violent offences. Kiri has led several high risk and complex needs clinical teams to achieve evidence based practice and positive clinical outputs. Kiri is a sought after AHPRA Supervisor, having supervised many Provisional Psychologists in achieving full registration.

More recently, Kiri has been working with children both within the educational system and in private practice, conducting comprehensive cognitive and educational assessments. Kiri also offers assessment for autism spectrum disorder for both children and adults.

Belinda Ellis- Psychologist/clinical Director

Belinda is a registered Psychologist and AHPRA board approved Supervisor, who has over 15 years experience working within high risk and complex need service areas, including the management of Victoria’s Statewide Sex Offender Programs across community, prison and post sentence environments. Belinda has extensive experience working within the field of forensics, mental health, child development and disability with roles spanning across clinical service delivery, clinical leadership, management and operations. Belinda holds tertiary qualifications within the area of Business, which has supported her role within various Government restructure and reform activity, in addition to Executive positions. Holding a passion for progressive, clinically informed and evidence based service provision, Belinda strives for positive intervention outcomes for individuals and communities, with a strong commitment to clinical governance, integrity and human rights.

Rachel Ballinger – Registered Psychologist, AHPRA Approved Supervisor

Rachel is a registered psychologist with over 20 years of experience across diverse clinical settings. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies to support clients in creating meaningful, lasting change. By fostering strong rapport and genuine connection, Rachel takes a collaborative and strengths-based approach to help clients navigate life’s difficulties with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.

Rachel is also an AHPRA-approved Supervisor and enjoys mentoring and supervising Provisional Psychologists on their pathway to full registration.

With extensive experience within both the public health and forensic sectors, Rachel specialises in the assessment and treatment of clients with acute mental health issues, as well as individuals who have been convicted of sexual and violent offences.

Availability:
Rachel offers telehealth appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays Fridays, providing flexible access for clients who prefer or require online sessions.
